1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AGENTHEORY, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

2. BYOK Responsibility & Third-Party AI Fees

AGENTHEORY operates as a BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) orchestration platform. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms, rate limits, and billing agreements of the model providers (OpenAI, Google, Groq, OpenRouter, xAI) whose API keys you connect to the service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AGENTHEORY to:

  • Dispatch unsolicited bulk email (spam) or abuse email relays. Outbound quotas are enforced to protect email deliverability.
  • Deploy bots or automated agents that engage in harassment, fraud, malware distribution, or illegal surveillance.
  • Attempt to bypass security boundaries, decrypt third-party keys, or exploit webhook endpoints.
  • Interfere with server infrastructure or generate disproportionate load that degrades service availability.

4. Human Approval for Sensitive Actions

By default, actions involving sending emails or destructive modifications require human review and approval. If you choose to enable automatic approval for sensitive tools, you accept sole responsibility for all actions dispatched by your configured agents.

5. Service Availability & Scheduled Tasks

AGENTHEORY is hosted on distributed cloud infrastructure. While we strive for maximum uptime and prompt execution of scheduled tasks, automated schedules may experience delays subject to platform operational capacity.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or engage in abusive relay activities. You may terminate your account at any time using the account deletion feature in Settings.
